1. SHOPPING ON OUR SITE

Welcome to the Big Fish Kayaks website.

Our website has been designed to make your shopping and checkout experience a very friendly, simple exercise.

You can commence shopping by reviewing all our products in our three main departments – Kayaks, Kayak accessories and fishing gear.

Alternatively if you do not want to browse through all the pages of products you can narrow your search by selecting one of the main department sub categories or type your search into the search pane.

Once you have found what you are looking to purchase, you can review the product information and make selections on the products various options and the number you wish to purchase.

You can then add the product to your cart for purchase by clicking the “ADD TO CART” button.

At this point, you can then choose to keep shopping or go to the checkout to complete your purchase.

When you have added everything you want to purchase to your cart, click the “PROCEED TO CHECKOUT” or “CHECKOUT with Pay Pal” button.

2. THE CHECK OUT PROCESS

You can check out as one of the following:

-       A guest ( an account will automatically be generated for you once entering your information)

-       Creating a registered account

-       Using an existing registered account/As a returning customer

b) Provide optional order instructions/comments

c) Agree to the terms and conditions

d) Sign up to our newsletter

e) Proceed to payment

 

Step 6 – Payment Details

a) Complete the form with payment details and then click the "Pay for Order" button to pay for your order using our secure server.
